How do the Revive and Renewal Wellness Days work?
A typical day lasts from 9.30 - 16.00 with breaks between sessions to reset as well as a 45 minute break for lunch.
Upon booking I will plan the day based on your requirements.
I come to your space or we agree an alternative together such as a village hall.
The days are designed to create space to breathe, reflect and rejuvenate we will work to the natural rhythm of the group.
Corporate wellness days available in The New Forest & surrounding area.
NB: Currently, it is the responsibility of the host to arrange food and drink for the participants.
